As a Certified Zentangle Teacher I am constantly learning new patterns and techniques to bring to you, my students! This week I was introduced to a lovely new pattern and I have been obsessed with it. To boot, it was also part of The Diva’s Weekly Challenge. I have not participated in The Diva’s Challenge, something has always come up or I’ve been distracted, so I am really excited to participate this week!
I encourage you to check out her blog, she’s pretty amazing 😉
So, here’s what I’ve been working on for Weekly Challenge #287
I am really excited about this pattern and its applications. For those of you in my Alumni group on Facebook, be expecting some new videos coming your way showing you how to use this pattern and how to fill it!

Very nice work, all of them.
My favorite is the one on the tan tile, beautiful drawn, nice colors with cheerful highlights and a real 3D effect!
Thank you!
Thank you, Ria! I had fun using a white gelly roll to add sparkles 🙂
Welcome here!!! Always so nice to ‘meet’ new tanglers and their work. I love all four tiles but the blue one is my absolute favorite, it has a 3D effect and seems to give light!
Thank you AnneMarie! That blue one sure is ethereal ❤
Such different effects and uses of the pattern. I love it.
These wonderful colours and so different drawings – I love them all 🙂
I love that about this pattern, it’s so versatile!
Beautiful designs you have made. Love them all.
Thank you so much, Pat!
Beautiful tiles!!!!
Thank you!
All are lovely! I can’t pick a favorite!
I think the pink one is my favorite! 😀
It would be difficult to select a favorite as each one is unique in its design. Lovely pieces!
Thank you, Jean!
These are all so lovely, I definitely need to play more with this tangle!
I highly recommend playing with this tangle! It’s versatile and really helps you get into that flow state very quickly.
WOW! Your dreamcatchers are so beautiful! My favorite is the second one.
Thank you, Anja!
