Welcome to Zen & Zin!

Now offering private or small group Zentangle® classes via Zoom or Google Meet. $15/person per hour. Email or use the Contact Form to request a time.

I’m Sarah Uram and I’m an artist and a Certified Zentangle Teacher trained by the founders of Zentangle®, Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. I also dabble in watercolors, abstract pattern art, and mandala work.

I was inspired to create Zen & Zin as a way to bring my favorite things together—friends, drinks, and Zentangle. While wine was the initial muse in my “Tangle.Sip.Repeat” motto, it applies to tea, coffee, beer, water, or even a simple breath of air!

I wanted to create an atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself while learning Zentangle…whether you’re viewing my art, engaging with me on Patreon, or attending a live class with me.

Prairie Tanglers Group:

I am also a member of the Prairie Tanglers group. If you’re in the area, please come to one of our meetings! We are meeting virtually until we deem it responsible and safe to meet in person again.
